Cancellation Policy

At The Hair collective, we kindly ask that all clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit, which is non-refundable. This policy is in place to allow us sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client and to respect the time of our stylists.
